Terms of Service & End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NoProbLlama, you agree to be bound by this Terms of Service & End User License Agreement ("Agreement") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this application.

2. Grant of License

Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the App on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. Restrictions

• Do not copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the App.
• Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the App.
• Do not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.
• Do not remove or alter any proprietary notices (copyright, trademark) embedded in the App.
• Do not use the App in any manner that violates any law or regulatory requirement.

4. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (including all updates, enhancements, and intellectual property rights) remain with the Licensor. This Agreement does not grant you any rights in the App other than those expressly set forth herein.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information if prompted.
• Maintain the security of your device and data.
• Use the application in compliance with all applicable laws.
• Do not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the service.

6. Updates & Support

The Licensor may, at its sole discretion, provide updates, upgrades, or enhancements to the App. Such updates will be deemed part of the App and subject to this Agreement. The Licensor is not required to provide any support or maintenance.

7. Privacy

At NoProbLlama, we believe in complete privacy. We have designed our application to collect minimal data and operate with maximum privacy. We do not collect personal data from users. The only data that might be collected is:

• Basic crash reports (anonymized) through TestFlight/App Store
• Essential cookies required for website functionality
• No user behavior tracking or analytics
• No personal information collection

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The App is provided "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind. Licensor disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. Licensor does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet any particular performance criteria.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Licensor be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of your use of the App, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Licensor's total liability for any claim under this Agreement shall not exceed one hundred dollars (US $100).

10. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this license immediately if you breach any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Diego County, California.

12. Changes to this Agreement

Licensor reserves the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, Licensor will provide notice within the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Agreement.
